Precision ^TM 2X Mastermix

The Precision^TM 2X Mastermix is optimized for your use in real time PCR. The Mastermix contains a thermostable Taq polymerase, buffer and MgCl2 to optimum concentrations, in addition to the dNTPs optimized for amplification reaction.

To prepare your PCR with this complete solution, it is necessary only to add one aliquot of the Detection Kit selected or its own primers and probes designed in your laboratory.

Real time PCR manufacturers use different methods to calibrate PCR reactions. For this reason, MDC supplies a different Precision^TM 2X Mastermix for each one of the equipment brands currently available on the market.
