A good design of real time PCR kits requires an excellent technical team with a broad experience and optimization can require many months of work. At MDC, we design, package and validate real time PCR kits of any target gene (human, rat and other animal and plant species) at the clients’ request (“Custom Kits”) at no addition cost.

Simply send us the sequence and/or the name of the gene and our technical team will design the most specific primers for your particular needs. We will validate the testing with cDNA in our own laboratory and package it for you at optimum concentrations for your real time PCR and for all equipment currently available on the market.
