Free of charge, MDC can design the PCR kit that you require for a specific pathogen and produce the Detection Kits that you need, based on the agreement with PrimerDesign Ltd and validate it following the directives indicated in UNE-EN ISO/IEC 17025.

Kits are optimized, packaged and validated for your use in research.

413 € Standard Kits contents:

• Primer and probes mix (150 reactions)
• Positive control template (500 µl)( 2 x 10⁷ copies/µl) to make the standard curve
• RNAse/DNAse free water

553 € Advanced Kits contents:

• Primer and probes mix (150 reactions)
• Positive control template (500 µl)( 2 x 10⁷ copies/µl) to make the standard curve
• Internal extraction control (DNA/RNA) (150 tests)
• Endogenous ACTB control (150 tests)
• RNAse/DNAse free water

What equipment and materials are needed in your laboratory to use our Kits?

• Real time PCR equipment: our Kits are adaptable for all platforms currently on the market.
• Mastermix: All our Kits are designed for particular use with all the mastermixes available on the market, of any type. MDC recommends using Precision^TM Mastermix because all our primers and probes are tested and can ensure that your results are as excellent as those obtained in our quality controls.
